Use D-SOLV in all food preparation areas such as kitchens of restaurants, cafeterias, schools, and health care facilities.
The product should be at room temperature before use. Apply a heavy coat of D-SOLV to walls, top, and bottom of oven. Work from the back of the oven forward. Use coarse spray, brush, or sponge. Do not allow contact with thermocouples, as corrosion may occur. Allow to stand for 30 minutes. Hard crusted ovens may require a second application or the use of a green scouring pad for complete removal. Remove cleaner and soils, working from front to back. Rinse clean surfaces with water mixed with a small amount of vinegar, then wash surfaces as usual.
NOTICE: Do not use on aluminum, copper, galvanized steel, plastic composition tile, painted surfaces, self-cleaning, and/or continuous cleaning ovens due to the highly alkaline nature of this formulation.
