Introduction of this BREAK-OUT in a zero-discharge recycling system progressively enhances the cleaning power of the available wash water, as it is miscible in water, and will not be skimmed off with oil in a separator.
Use BREAK-OUT to clean trucks, buses, wheels, heavy equipment, oil field equipment, aircraft, trains, especially where wastewater recycling is required.
For light road film, apply BREAK-OUT at a 25 to 1 dilution ratio. For heavy road film (seldom washed vehicles), apply at 10 to 1. For heavy oil soils, apply at 2 to 1. Using a downstream injector or under full pressure from a pressure washer, apply BREAK-OUT from bottom to top and allow to stand for at least 30 seconds before rinsing. Rinse first from bottom to top, and then from top to bottom. Hot water is desirable but not required. Wash areas small enough so as not to allow the product to dry before rinsing.
