LIQUI-FIRE RXE | 4-ADPA & Resin Stripper

LIQUI-FIRE RXE is a self-emulsifying blend of solvents and penetrants that is used to remove hardened latex, isocyanates, resins, 4-ADPA, heavy petroleums, and polymers from stainless tanks, IBC’s, and ISO Tank Containers. LIQUI-FIRE RXE, a blend of special petroleums, unique ethers, and emulsiﬁers, may be used as a presolve to soften hardened deposits prior to regular washing or it may be added to the wash as a booster. LIQUI-FIRE RXE penetrates and softens or dissolves deposits to facilitate their removal by subsequent washing. In pre-solve applications,  LIQUI-FIRE RXE can be applied by spray, SVRU series of wash heads, or through recirculation systems.

Do not dilute with any other solvents. Use as-is. For best results apply with a Presolve system from dome lids and cleanout or vent caps, without entering the tank. Recirculate with a pump system.  For best results, seal up the tank and allow it to stand for 30 minutes after application. Especially effective for latex removal from Road Tankers & ISO containers with polymerized ﬁlm in vapor space. Apply while the tank is still hot from the wash and allow to stand for 30 minutes. LIQUI-FIRE RXE is a stellar performer for removing 4-ADPA. Special SOP available upon request for the removal of this material.
