RESTORE | Rust Converter & Protective Coating

RESTORE is a rust converter and protective coating that performs two operations at one time. First, rust is  converted from iron oxide to ferrous oxide, a black organic complex. Then, a clear acrylic coating is formed. The surface can be left as is or painted over using latex or oil-based paint. The coating formed by the  product is sufficient to last for years without painting. Can virtually be used on all rusted surfaces. Apply this  ready-to-use product with a brush or swab. The temperature range is 0°F to 250°F for the finished film.

Use RESTORE in industrial plants, reﬁneries, chemical plants, machine shops, oil-ﬁelds, shipyards, military,  schools, etc.

Clean rusted surface of loose ﬂakes with a wire brush. Apply product at a rate of 300 to 500 sq. ft. per gallon. Apply by brushing, dipping, swabbing, or spraying product evenly over the rusted surface. May be applied  using equipment designed to spray latex paint. If necessary, when spraying add up to 3 oz. water per gallon.  Allow drying completely. A clear hard ﬁnish will form. The surface may be painted or left as is after drying. Do not  store at or below 32° F.

Causes eye irritation. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. If in eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical attention.
